Requirements
- Minimum opening balance of $2500
- No more than (6) preauthorized
withdrawals (including but limited to withdrawals made by ACH,
telephone or wire), no more than three of which may be made by
check each monthly statement cycle.

Cost
- No service charge unless balance falls below $2500. If balance
falls below $2500, a statement cycle service fee of $15.00 will
be imposed.
- There will be a $1.00 activity
fee for each withdrawal in excess of six during the statement
cycle.
